After spending over 12 years in Shenzhen China, the technology-hub mega city just across from Hong Kong where iPhones, computers, and virtually all consumer electronics are made, I moved to a rural area of Jiangsu China, about 3 hours west of Shanghai to form my new tech startup, Oberon. In this rural, but quickly industrializing area, I discovered a plethora of tiny EVs scooting around all over the place.
